By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on the 2070 platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in full. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between 2070 and the user.
These Terms apply only to adults aged 18 and above. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. It is the user's sole responsibility to declare their correct age at the time of registration. 2070 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and if the information provided is found to be false, the account will be terminated.
- These Terms are available in both Bangla and English; in the event of any ambiguity, the Bangla version shall prevail.
- 2070 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
- Each user may register only one account.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
- 2070 reserves the right to terminate any account created using false or misleading information.
- If a single individual is found operating multiple accounts, both accounts will be permanently closed.
- Users are responsible for keeping their account password confidential.
- Sharing your account with any other person is strictly prohibited.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, report it immediately to [email protected].
- 2070 will not be liable for any losses resulting from a security breach.
Users are prohibited from engaging in any illegal or fraudulent activity on the platform. This includes the use of bots or automated software, attempting unauthorized access to the system, and deceiving other users. Any such activity, once detected, will result in the account being suspended or permanently closed.
Payment, Transaction & Bonus Policy
All transactions on 2070 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Minimum transaction amounts are subject to change and apply in accordance with the current rules displayed on the platform.
Identity verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be delayed. 2070 reserves the right to suspend any transaction if fraud or money laundering is suspected.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to their own terms. Before claiming any bonus, please read the applicable wagering requirements and expiry conditions carefully. Any attempt to withdraw a bonus without meeting the required terms may result in the bonus being forfeited.
Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
The 2070 platform provides its services on an "as is" basis. 2070 will not be held liable for any losses arising from technical issues, server outages, or internet connectivity problems. Users bear full responsibility for any financial losses incurred through betting and gaming.
All content on the 2070 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is protected under 2070's intellectual property rights. Copying, distributing, or using any content for commercial purposes without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
2070 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision under these Terms and Conditions.
- If evidence of fraudulent or illegal activity is found.
- Upon confirmation that multiple accounts are being operated.
- In cases of extended inactivity (as per the applicable policy).
- Upon instruction from a court or regulatory authority.
Users will be notified before an account is closed; however, immediate action may be taken in cases of serious violations.
Third Parties, Terms Amendments & Governing Law
The 2070 platform may integrate certain third-party game software or services. These third parties operate under their own Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies. 2070 is not responsible for the quality of any third-party content or services.
2070 may update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated date will be reflected on the Terms page. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will first be addressed through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the matter will be referred to the appropriate courts in Bangladesh.
